needs ac compressor installed the bearing is shot , I have a used compressor needs brakes no check engine light passed echeck
I would would recommend towing the vehicle. Location is Elayne Apartment in Parma Heights they do not allow work to be done on vehicles in parking lot , I have a used compressor it starts moves
There is a fluid leak also
